I'm not sure if there's a program that would actually be able to rebuild that data or not but I'm guessing changing the the way Windows changes the way it looks at the drive it might be already too late to recover anything. Pictures, videos, word documents etc, all gone. I've had a few dumb blonde moments and deleted things and then recovered data, the data was there but because of the TOC not having a clue where the file started/stopped the data is just floating so that I can't actually use it again. It'll be there but it will not be able to be read. Something like GetDataBack works well but sometimes because the TOC has been overwritten or blanked, you won't be able to get back the data. As long as the TOC hasn't been overwritten or a format hasn't been done on the drive, the data might be there.
